Flooding on the Floor

SERVPRO of Hockessin worked on a water damage that suffered a large amount of water. The water ran throughout the night.  A water main burst in the bathroom area and saturated the second floor of the building. The water also ran down through the ceilings and pipe chases to the first floor as well.  The property owner was away and an on-call maintenance person called us in to help the with the clean up.  We were able to come in and help them get back to business in four days! The main areas dried quickly due to the tiled areas.  The pipe chases were easily dried too due to our specialty equipment.  The wall cavities were dried out rather quickly too.  When the owner returned he was amazed at what the place looked like.
