HVAC Area

This utility closet is an offset from a kitchen area that sustained smoke damage from a close by fire.  Not only did the HVAC system need to be cleaned inside the unit itself but the surrounding area needed cleaning too. The HVAC unit has soot and pre-existing dust on it.  The whole closet itself has soot, sooty finger prints, debris, dirt throughout.  On the walls you can see smudges and how messy it is.  After SERVPRO of Hockessin / Elsmere cleaned the area, you can see how the outside of the unit looks clean.  You can see how well the walls came up as well as the floor too.
