Pipe in ceiling burst

These pictures show what we walked into as a result of a broken ceiling pipe.  Notice the ceiling had collapsed before we arrived. The blown in insulation and drywall had fallen and left a mess. The homeowners were fortunate that this bedroom was being used as a spare because the ceiling may have collapsed on a person in the bed. The after picture was taken the day we left.  You can see we had to remove all the sheetrock and insulation on some walls and the ceiling.  The area was then properly dried out leaving it ready for new drywall.
