Doggie Mess

Pet mishaps and mistakes happen.  We here at SERVPRO of Hockessin / Elsmere understand the meaning of having a pet and going through an accident that leaves a mess behind. From pet urine to feces to vomit, we can handle it. The first picture shows a small mess on the carpet.  The carpet was a high end carpet and the homeowner was very concerned not only about possible stains but odor as well.  The second picture shows what the carpets looked like after the cleaning was completed.  The marks came up all the way and the odor was removed.  The homeowner was both surprised and happy at the results.
